Banana, egg ‘pancakes’

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbs flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method

  1. Heat a non-stick pan
  2. Mash bananas until mush
  3. Separately, whisk eggs
  4. Combine bananas and eggs, adding flour and cinnamon.
  5. Grease the pan and cook in small dollops.
  6. Serve with anything!
