Ingredients:
- 3 cup self raising flour
- 3 cup grated cheese
- 1 onion (chopped into tiny pieces)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs (mixed into milk)
- salt & pepper
Method:
- Heat oven to 180 degrees.
- Sift flour, add cheese & onion.
- Add wet ingredient mixture (the rest), and mix lightly (over-mixing destroys scones!).
- Pull out 12 scones onto tray, bake until they look tasty.
- Serve smeared with butter.
