Fridge Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 pound (225grams) butter

  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Method

  1. Bring #1 to a boil and boil for 3-5 minutes
  2. Add #2 to boiled #1
  3. Drop cookies onto a sheet in small circles
  4. Refrigerate. After 1 hour they’re ready for the first nibblers.
