Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbs flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan
- Mash bananas until mush
- Separately, whisk eggs
- Combine bananas and eggs, adding flour and cinnamon.
- Grease the pan and cook in small dollops.
- Serve with anything!
