Ingredients
- 200g butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 2 cups cornflakes
Icing
- 50g butter
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 3 TSBP Cocoa
Method
- Beat sugar & butter.
- Add flour, cocoa and lastly cornflakes.
- Roll spoonfuls on a lined oven tray, fork to flatten slightly and bake for about 9 minutes at 180.
- When cold, ice.
- For icing. beat butter until light & fluffy. Add vanilla. Gradually beat in icing sugar & cocoa. Add boiling water if needed for consistency.
