Ingredients

  • 200g butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 2 cups cornflakes

Icing

  • 50g butter
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 3 TSBP Cocoa

Method

  1. Beat sugar & butter.
  2. Add flour, cocoa and lastly cornflakes.
  3. Roll spoonfuls on a lined oven tray, fork to flatten slightly and bake for about 9 minutes at 180.
  4. When cold, ice.
  5. For icing. beat butter until light & fluffy. Add vanilla. Gradually beat in icing sugar & cocoa. Add boiling water if needed for consistency.
