Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 TBS melted Olivani
Method
- Turn oven on bake to 100 (just for warmth).
- In a large mixing bowl whisk together all ingredients except melted Olivani.
- Once smooth, add melted Olivani.
- Heat a pan over medium heat with a bit of Olivani. Pour a scoop of the batter into the pan, enough to just spread around the base of your frypan when you tilt the pan from all angles.
- Flip when lightly browned to cook other side.
- Keep the cooked crepes in the heated oven on a plate.
