Crepes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 TBS melted Olivani

Method

  1. Turn oven on bake to 100 (just for warmth).
  2. In a large mixing bowl whisk together all ingredients except melted Olivani.
  3. Once smooth, add melted Olivani.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat with a bit of Olivani. Pour a scoop of the batter into the pan, enough to just spread around the base of your frypan when you tilt the pan from all angles.
  5. Flip when lightly browned to cook other side.
  6. Keep the cooked crepes in the heated oven on a plate.
  7. Serve with your choose of toppings. Here are a few that we love:

Frozen berries // bananas // fejoas // shaved chocolate // yoghurt // maple syrup or golden syrup
