Ingredients
- spinach or lettuce leaves
- 2 rashers bacon (minimum!)
- 1 firm banana
- 1/2-1 avocado
- 1 tsp Oil
DRESSING
- 2T Olive oil
- 1T lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
- salt and peppers
Method
Make the salad with all the fresh ingredients, add cooked bacon pieces and drizzle sauce on top!
