Ingredients
- Head of broccoli
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
- 2 Tbsp sliced/chopped almonds
Method
- Chop brocco into florets
- Heat oil in a pan until almost smoking (you’ll hear cracking)
- Add brocco and don’t move the pan until you see the brocco starting to char
- Flip each broccoli floret over and allow to char on the other side
- Add 20mls of water to degalze the pan, then add butter, garlic and almonds to one side of the pan and cook for 1 min
- Then toss to coat broccoli evenly
- Serve immediately – best super hot
