Ingredients
- Onions
- Garlic
- Capsicum
- Tinned tomatoes
- Paprika
- Salt & pepper
- Tzarr (special spice), maybe chilli instead
- Optional: sugar, balsamic vinegar, spices
- Eggs
Method
- Sauté the onions, garlic and capsicum.
- Add tinned tomatoes, paprika, salt, pepper, tzarr and any optionals.
- When happy with the taste, make wells in the sauce.
- Add eggs, put the lid on.
- Serve pretty quickly (the eggs continue cooking in the sauce).
