- 3T Olive oil
- 2x Onion
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 3x Garlic cloves
- 1T grated Ginger
- 1 Pumpkin
- 1/4 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1.5 cups Vegetable stock
- 1x can of Coconut Cream
- Salt & Pepper

- Olive oil
- Fresh parsley
- Focaccia bread
