Marinade:
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- thumb of ginger
- 2 cloves/tsp garlic
- orange juice 150ml
- apple cider vinegar
- 2 large tsps tomato ketchup
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- good splash of soy sauce
- 100g brown sugar
Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees C.
- Season ribs with oil/salt/pepper
- Simmer marinade in a frypan until it is all mixed together and saucy.
- Brush ribs with a bit of the marinade, cover with foil, cook in oven for 1:15 basting at 30 and 60mins.
- Pre-heat BBQ. Cook uncovered for final 15mins basting halfway through.
- Throw them on the bbq for 5-10mins, constantly basting and searing to make it delicious-looking.
