Satay Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • Egg, cooked thinly
  • Rice pre-cooked (ideally night before)
  • Peanut butter
  • Soy sauce
  • Maple syrup
  • Chilli
  • Lime Juice

Method

  1. Fry rice in oil
  2. Add peanut butter, soy sauce, maple, chili
  3. Squeeze in lime juice to finish
