Pistachio dukkah

Ingredients

  • 40g (1/4 cup) sesame seeds
  • 75g (1/2 cup) pistachios chopped
  • 3 tsp ground coriander
  • 3 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Method

  1. Place the sesame seeds in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes or until toasted and golden.
  2. Add pistachios, coriander, cumin & pepper (stirring!) and cook for 1 minute until aromatic. Stir in the salt then set aside to cool.
