Ingredients
- 40g (1/4 cup) sesame seeds
- 75g (1/2 cup) pistachios chopped
- 3 tsp ground coriander
- 3 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Place the sesame seeds in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes or until toasted and golden.
- Add pistachios, coriander, cumin & pepper (stirring!) and cook for 1 minute until aromatic. Stir in the salt then set aside to cool.
